Step 01 | Fully Charge the Device
Before first use, fully charge the device for about 3.5–4 hours.
Step 02 | Put on the Sleeves
Sit or recline in a comfortable position, then put both leg sleeves on properly.
Step 03 | Adjust for a Comfortable Fit
Zip up the sleeves and make sure they fit snugly and comfortably around your legs.
Step 04 | Check the Emergency Stop Switch
Before powering on, make sure the Emergency Stop Switch is in the locked position, or the device will not work.
Step 05 | Power On the Device
Press and hold the Power Button for 2 seconds to turn on the device.
Step 06 | Start the Massage
Press the Start/Pause Button to begin the massage session.
Step 07 | Select Massage Settings
Adjust the mode, intensity, and time using the controller based on your comfort and recovery needs.
Step 08 | Use Both Sleeves in Sync
The two sleeves will automatically synchronize through built-in Bluetooth after powering on. If needed, they can also be paired or used separately.
