Instructions for use
Step 01 | Fully Charge the Device
Before first use, charge the device for about 2–5 hours to ensure sufficient battery power.
Step 02 | Identify the Left and Right Boots
Check the labels on the boots and make sure you are wearing the left and right sides correctly.
Step 03 | Put On the Massage Boots
Slide your legs into the boots and pull them on properly so they fit correctly.
Step 04 | Close the Zippers Securely
Zip up the boots carefully to make sure they are snug, secure, and comfortable before use.
Step 05 | Power On the Device
Press and hold the power button to turn on the device. The system will start in Mode 1 and low intensity by default.
Step 06 | Select the Massage Mode
Press the M button to choose your preferred massage mode. The FT-133A offers 3 massage modes for different recovery needs.
Step 07 | Adjust the Intensity Level
Press the P button to adjust the pressure intensity. There are 3 intensity levels available, and the default setting is low intensity.
Step 08 | Start and Enjoy the Massage
Once your settings are selected, relax and enjoy the massage session. The device automatically shuts off after 20 minutes.
