On October 25, 2026, FIT KING joined athletes, families, and supporters at La Jolla Cove for the Challenged Athletes Foundation’s San Diego Triathlon Challenge. As an event sponsor, we were proud to take part in a weekend dedicated to expanding access to sport for people with physical disabilities.
At our booth, visitors explored FIT KING compression boots and experienced a moment of relaxation amid the activity of the event. It was an opportunity to introduce our products in person and connect with the community behind CAF’s mission.
Supporting More Opportunities to Participate
Taking part in sport often begins long before reaching a starting line. For athletes with physical disabilities, access to adaptive equipment, coaching, and training can shape the opportunities available to them.
CAF helps address these barriers through grants and programs that support participation in sport. Its San Diego event brought that work into view, connecting experienced athletes with people discovering new ways to be active.
According to CAF’s October 27 announcement, the San Diego Triathlon Challenge, Tour de Cove, and CAF Cycling Club fundraising efforts had together raised more than $2.13 million. Those funds support access to adaptive equipment, coaching, training, and competition.
For FIT KING, participating meant supporting an event that creates opportunities for more people to experience sport and its community.
A Closer Look at FIT KING at the Expo
Our booth featured the FIT KING FT-115A and FT-116A compression massage boots, giving visitors a closer look at the products beyond the screen.
Attendees could see how the boots fit around the legs, explore the controls, and learn about the adjustable massage settings. For visitors unfamiliar with compression boots, the expo offered a practical introduction to how a session works.
The conversations also extended beyond race day. Exercise, busy schedules, and time spent on our feet all shape how we make room for rest. Our compression boots are designed to bring leg massage and relaxation into those everyday routines.
Meeting visitors in person gave us a chance to explain that experience and answer questions face to face.
A Community That Extends Beyond the Course
The weekend brought together people with many different connections to sport. Some came to compete, while others volunteered, supported family members, or joined the community activities.
That shared participation is part of what makes CAF’s events meaningful. Alongside athletic achievement, there is space for encouragement, learning, and connection.
